She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Alexis and Elizabeth Alexis (Erickson); her husband Jack Harris; her siblings, Norman Alexis, Eleanor Bierens and Iver Alexis; and her daughter-in-law Charlene Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Harris (Jan), Tom Harris (Sue) and Jane McBride (Eugene Jr.); and her grandchildren, Jeff Harris, Jim Harris (Sarah), Scott Harris (Jane), Sherri Geraux (Marc), Angela Morse and Crystal Trost (Jason). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Est Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes (2120 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, Alt & Shawmut Hills Chapel (2120 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
