She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Zawacki and Mary Zawacki; her siblings, Ray, Harry, Ron, George and Irene; and her son-in-law Bill Martin.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas S. Remenak; her children, Tammy Martin, Ron Remenak and Michele Hazekamp (Jay); her grandchildren, Matthew, Stefan Remenak, Nathan Martin, Rebecca Maxwell (Blake), Austin, Jacob and Emma Hazekamp; her great grandchild Amelia Rose Martin; and her sister-in-law Shirley Boersma (Lew). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
