He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Haywood Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Haywood, Josh Haywood and Brianna Schaap; his mother Joyce Haywood; and his siblings, Cindy Haywood and Kristen Haywood. He is also survived by niece and nephews and two grand babies.
