She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl B. Austhof and Crystal Wilma Austhof (Enig); and her brothers, Earl Jr. and Jeffery. She is survived by: her children, Nathanael, Aaron, Jenna, Larissa and Danielle Siebelink; and her brother Bernard Austhof.
