He is survived by: his brother Tom Tobin; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Tobin, Kirk Bajdek and Kenny Mason. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

“Kevin , I met you at west middle and we have been able to hang out off and on for many years. You were alsways fun to be around. My favorite memories of you and your group of friends that I eventually got to know, was playing in the snow bowl and playing pick up softball games in the summers. Losers had to pay for the Keg, LOL ''what a gas.'' I will miss you Kevin and so will the entire WEST SIDE. Thanks for be a part of my life. Cheers to all our great times. Mike Slanger”
