He is survived by: his wife Gretchen Ann Maentz; his children, Ann Majoor (Jeff) and David Boettner (Alora); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Tankersley (Michael), Jacob Majoor (Ella) and Sam Majoor; his brother George; and his sister-in-law Marcy Maentz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
