It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathryn Lynn Soper of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on February 27, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher DeSantis and Theresa DeSantis (Rebh); and her siblings, Richard and Lailani. She is survived by: her former husband Larry Soper; her children, Doug, Angie Soper (Cottrell) of Bryan, Steve and Ann Bagley (Soper) of Grand Rapids, MI.; her grandchildren, Morgan, Bailee, Kalynne, Bryson, Ethan Soper, Micah, Will, Nathan and Eva Bagley; and her great grandchildren, Dillon and Magnolia Soper.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Service (4291 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
For those who wish, memorials can be made to the Humane Society or to Calvary Church off the East Beltline in Grand Rapids where she attended for the past 10 years.
