John Pylman Sr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2025, John Pylman Sr. of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Agnes (Ritsema); his wives, Elaine (Andreasen), Betty (Duiven) and Lorraine (Kasloss); and his siblings, Ruth Fenema (Kuiphof), Fred Pylman and Henry Pylman.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Mueller (Chris), John Pylman Jr. (Diane Heiman) and Nancy Calvi (Bart); and his grandchildren, Carl Mueller (Laurynn), Elaine Mueller, Alissa Boerman (Jeremy), Amelia Pylman, John M. Pylman, Rebecca Boik (Tyler), Stacey Ratigan (Aaron), Michael Underwood (Alyssa), Jennifer Pylman, Tonia Pylman and Philip Pylman. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holland Home (2121 Raybrook St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
