He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Catherine O'Hara (McDonald); his grandparents, Michael, Catherine O'Hara (Murray), Miles and Mary McDonald (Schoenborn); his siblings, Eileen Lang and Emmett O'Hara; his sisters-in-law, Sharon O'Hara (DeGraff) and Darcey O'Hara (Chickering); and his nephew Michael Corwin O'Hara.
He is survived by: his father John Francis O'Hara, Sr.; his children, Erin Patrick (Gregory) of Rockford, MI and Shawn O'Hara of Sand Lake, MI; his grandchildren, Jesse Mills, Thomas O'Hara, Ryan O'Hara, Connell O'Hara, Callahan Patrick, Quinn Patrick, Aubree Patrick and Miley Patrick; his siblings, Kathleen Crame (Peter), Miles O'Hara, Mickel O'Hara (Sue), Dennis O'Hara (Patricia), Patrick O'Hara (Tina), Tim O'Hara (Michelle) and Brian O'Hara (Mikki); his siblings-in-law, Cheng O'Hara and Robert Lang; and his friends, Mark Wheeler, George Sullivan and Scott Szapa. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rockford Ambulance Community Room (8450 Shaner Ave NE, Rockford, MI 49341).
