We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2019, at the age of 97, John Barwacz (Grand Rapids, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve; his daughter Margaret Rose Potter; and his siblings, Frank, Stanley and Rose.
He is survived by: his sons, John (Tina), David and Joe; his grandchildren, Christine Potter (Tom Dixon), Michael Potter, Michael Barwacz and Kristopher Karolkiewicz (Mandy); and his great grandchildren, Keegan, Bennett, Smith, Caroline and Ella.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans.
