Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jeanne Pepper (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away at the age of 77, on February 15, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Erwin Thome and Georgianna Thome (Schwallier); and her brothers-in-law, David Shaw, Don Tuttle and John Bettys.
She is survived by: her boyfriend Ron Alderton; her children, John McKay (Tulie) and Janet McKay; her granddaughters, Georgianna VandenBerg (Aaron) and Jessica Gray (Nolan Darby); her great grandchildren, Kobe, Blake and Georgia; her siblings, Mary Tuttle, Terry Thome (Gail), Tom Thome (Carol), Diane DeRyke, Donna Shaw, Paul Thome (Sandy) and Julie Houvener (Jeff); and her close friend Barb Hess. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Est Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes (2120 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). A memorial service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Home – Alt and Shawmut Hills Chapel (2120 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
