He was predeceased by: his mother Catalina Ausúa; and his siblings, Guillermo Ausúa, Clotilde Ausúa and Julia Ausúa. He is survived by: his wife Carmen Ausúa; his children, Jacob Droz (Alexandra Figueroa), Carmencita (MarBen Cudia), Melisha Ausúa, Ismael Ausúa, Israim (Tany Ausúa) and Melissa Ausúa; and his grandchildren, Santos Ausúa, Isaac Ausúa, Yamilett Ausúa, Isai Ausúa, Angel Ausúa, Melvin Ausúa, Mykal Ausúa, Cristian Perdomo, Carmen Perdomo, Julio Perdomo and Jetiel Torres.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 5:00 PM and on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Ministerio Casa (1040 26th St SW, Wyoming, MI 49509).
