We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2024, Howard Rubin of Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Ann Hoover; his parents, Norbert Rubin and Helen Rubin; his brother John Regan; and his siblings-in-law, Joan Yohn Regan, Joan Wilson, Doris "Mickey" Colombatto, James Wilson and Joseph Colombatto.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Stephanie) of Madison, Conn., Scott (Lynette) of Yorba Linda, Calif, Karen (Chris) of Petoskey, Mich and Ann (Sandra) of Minneapolis; his grandchildren, Tanner, Dawson (Rachel), Brock (Ashley), Emily, Isabel, Dana, Logan and Betsy; and his friends, Jane and Doug Maxim. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would be honored by donations to Emmanuel Hospice, 401 Hall St. SW, Suite 263, Grand Rapids, MI 49503 in memory of Howard.
