He is survived by: his wife Brenda Veltman (Elias); his children, Emily Shankar (Om), Austin Veltman, Gina Schau (Nathan) and Nathan Veltman; his grandchildren, Isla, Eleonore and Joanna; his father Arthur Veltman; his siblings, Warren Veltman (Julie) and Elizabeth Veltman; and his aunt Marcia Tiesinga. He is also survived by his brother, sister, nieces and nephews.
