She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Belrose and Grace Belrose (Lankfer) of Muskegon, MI; her siblings, Shirley Umstead, Ruth Dennis and Benjamin Belrose; and her brothers-in-law, Roger Umstead, Doster Dennis (Doc), Donald Frederick (Don) and Byron McCallum.
She is survived by: her husband William Petroski (Bill); her daughters, Keri Petroski of Grand Rapids, Jodi (Brian Dunn), Holly (Greg Samuels) and Jill Petroski of Austin, TX; her grandchildren, Brad Petroski of Grand Rapids, Morgan, Skylar Dunn of Boston, MA and Nola Samuels of Grand Rapids; her siblings, Jim Belrose (MaryAnn), Janet Frederick, Patricia McCallum, Michael Belrose and Joyce Rademacher (Kevin); and her sister-in-law Dale Belrose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations may be made in Gwen's name to Faith Hospice - Trillium Woods and/or the Pregnancy Resource Center in Grand Rapids.
