She is survived by: her children, James Young (Susan), Nancy Brock and William Young (Marnita). She is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the B. K. Room at Clark Retirement Home (1551 M. L. K. Jr. Drive SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gladys' memory to Faith Hospice-Grand Rapids, The Clark Benevolent Care Fund (In honor of the Vigil Volunteers), or The March of Dimes.
