He was predeceased by: his wife Vera; his siblings, Willy Gina Alberts, Marie B. Goodwin, Alice Britten and John L. Hendricks; and his siblings-in-law, Marvin Robinson, Larry Baker and Lee Marshall (Leo).
He is survived by: his children, Mark Peter Hendricks and Robin Renee Borton (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jena Rose Faling (Daniel), Jacob Donald Grzeszak and Arlenea Rae Mead (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Hendricks, Shirley Baker and Ronald Robinson. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren, his nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Service (4291 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made in George's name to the Disabled American Veterans.
