He is survived by: his children, James Hall, Sandra Vanderhoef (Andy) and Kristina Endres (Craig); his grandchildren, Amber Stokstad (Hans), Coral Graves (Jesse), Mark Edwards (Kristen), Amanda Squires (Paul), Ashley, Nicole Vanderhoef, Jeremy Endres, AJ Nozal and Steven Endres (Ali); and his siblings, David and Sherry Hall. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association or Faith Hospice.
