He is survived by: his daughter Anna Uitvlugt (Neal); his son-in-law Jerry Brouwer (Tiffany); his daughter Kristen Beauchamp (James); and his grandchildren, Maria, Joshua Uitvlugt, Caleb Uitvlugt (Alyssa), Claire Brouwer Lawrenson (Thomas), Jessica Brouwer Albery (Jason), Corin Brouwer (Sara), Brittany Obrien, Nicole Chisholm (Thomas), Clara Beauchamp Benson (Andy), Matthew Beauchamp (Megan), Jacob Beauchamp, Mary Beauchamp and Luke Beauchamp (Brenna).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Neland Avenue Christian Reformed Church (940 Neland Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Neland Avenue Church (940 Neland Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49507). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Elm Lawn Memorial Park (401 E Lake St, Addison, IL 60126).
