Evelyn Phillips Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Evelyn Phillips (Grand Rapids, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Schlotter and Evelyn Schlotter (Briggs); and her daughter Diana Eckert. She is survived by: her son David Cremer; her son-in-law Les Eckert; her grandchildren, Aubrey, Sabrina Eckert, Megan, Tristan and Gabrielle Cremer; and her siblings, Dianne Rucker (Harold), John Schlotter, Peter Martin (Ruth), Hanna Wardell, Brigitte Temling and Alan Temling. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 9:45 AM at the Heritage Life Story Funeral Home - Van Strien Creston Chapel (1833 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Est Live Stream Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes (1833 Plainfield Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505).
