She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Batema; and her daughter Ellen Rae Batema. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Batema, Donna Engel (Bill) and James Batema (Cathy); her grandchildren, Gabrielle, Tommy, Laurel, Katie, Sara, Jamie and Alan; and her siblings-in-law, Alyce Gray and James P. Batema (Kay). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
