She is survived by: her son Tom Jeltema (Linda); her daughter-in-law Annette Jeltema; her grandchildren, Laura Jeltema (Jeff Richardson), Jeff Jeltema (Tamara), Michele Mergener (Tim), Julie Jeltema, Brad Jeltema, John Jeltema (Karin) and Christine Jeltema (Kevin Pelkey); and her great grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan Mergener, Charlie Jeltema, Eloise, Hazel Pelkey, Evelyn, Bram Jeltema Richardson, Himani, Lalana, Taj, Akasha Jeltema, Marlow and Colbie Jeltema.
