She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eileen, Maxine, Don, Carl, Willie and Shirley; her parents, Frank Shores and Hilda Shores (DeVault); and her husband Oscar Bergsma.
She is survived by: her children, Tambrey Clifton, Kim Cole and Michael Bergsma; her grandchildren, Quinn Clifton (Thayer Greenberg), Michael Clifton, Mathew Clifton, Amy Cole (Gyve Safavi), Collin Cole, Katie Bergsma and Kelly Bergsma; and her great grandchildren, Ellie and Tara. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Est Standale Baptist Church (3714 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Standale Baptist Church (3714 Lake Michigan Dr NW, Grand Rapids, MI 49504).
