Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Donovan leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Candy Barnes (Stankey); his father Terry Barnes; his brother Dion Barnes; his stepsons, Dakota and Hunter Mead; his mother Mary Barnes (Bass); and his brother Baby Barnes. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
