Dolores Ann Cornwell Obituary

She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Robert Cornwell; her children, Michelle Jeanne Tonning and Stephen Francis Cornwell; her grandson Ryan Patrick Schadt; her parents, Gladys Kelly and Laurence Kelly; and her siblings, Phyllis Hesse, Maryann Michmershuizen, Agnes Gedritis and Bernard Kelly.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Whalen (Dennis), Maureen Arnett (Kevin), Patricia Higgins (James), Margaret Dudley (Dennis), Susan Hieshetter (Mike) and Lisa Harbison (Chris); her son-in-law Ted Tonning; and her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Kelly and Robert Gedritis. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the O'Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home (3980 Cascade Rd SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A rosary was held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church (2750 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
