She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lammert Topfer and Anna Topfer; her sister Angenette; her family, Jerry, Terry, Gayle and Debra; her husband Franklin Charles DeKok; her children, Jerrel G. DeKok (Darlene), Gayle Troyer (Micheal), Terry DeKok (Jenise) and Debra VanderWeide (Stephen); her daughter-in-law Darlene DeKok (Jerrel); and her children, Jim Speyer (Mary), Bob Speyer (Karen), Ken Speyer (Marcia), Nancy Moody and Bill Speyer (Karen). She was also cherished by 27 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Providence Christian Reformed Church (7730 Eastern Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508).
