It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Marie Heiss of Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on December 30, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Wehler Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Scott, Brianna and Katie; her mother Sandy Wehler; her brothers, Denny Jr. (Patty), Greg (Jennifer) and Jim (Jenny); her nieces and nephews, Dennis III (Shannon), Anna, Evan, Dalton (Emily), Ryleigh (Cody), Mia, Bella, Sara, Michael, Isabelle and Lily; and her pet Tucker.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (2275 Diamond Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49505). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in memory of Debra may be given to the Kent County Humane Society.
