She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dice and Mary [Holwerda] Dice. She is survived by: her husband Randy Smith; her children, Jamie Smith, Jason Smith, Taryn Lukasik (Nate) and Katherine Smith; her grandchildren, Dominic, Noah, Jayden, Eliana, Miles, Reid, Emry and Lila; her siblings, David Dice, Kathy Zeboor (Steve), John Dice (Linda) and Amy Bursma (Jim); her mother-in-law Edna Smith; and her in-laws, Pam Wilson (John), Sandy Breuker (Wayne), Faith Powell (George) and Todd Smith (Zelpha).
