He was predeceased by: his mother Leona West (Jansen); and his parents-in-law, Charles Mullins and Marcia Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly West (Mullins); his children, Daniel Ray West (Sarah Bresnahan), Tyler David West and Amy Lynn West; his sisters, Nancy Kamps (Bob) and Judy Westrick (Mike); his stepchildren, Heather Lavelle (Jae) and Leif Prosch-Jensen; his pet Sadie Rae; and his sisters-in-law, Cindy Stolt (Eric) and Kathy Rittenhouse (Doug). He is also survived by several nephews, nieces and many amazing friends.
In Lieu of flowers, it would be a blessing to the family to have end of life help with expenses. Donations for Kim West can be made through Pathway Church or given to her directly.
