She was predeceased by: her parents, William Worst and Mabel Worst (Bates); her husband Robert Zylstra; and her siblings, Roy, Elbert, Jim, Pat, Bill and Donna.
She is survived by: her son Robert J. Zylstra (Linda) of Wyoming, Mich.; her grandchildren, Rachael Ruis (Thomas) of East Lansing and Christopher Zylstra (Bryttani) of Grand Rapids; her great grandchildren, Avery, Sydney Ruis, Lawsyn and Mara Zylstra; her sister-in-law Betty; and her close friend Ruth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Faith Hospice or a veteran's home of choice.
