She is survived by: her sons, Nathan (Chrissy Johnson) and Frank Joseph Fotis IV; her grandchildren, Addison, Nataly, Corlie and Justus; her siblings, Kathy Seelye, Deanna Feringa, Jamie Raak and Paul Boetsma; and her friends, Deanna, Bill Small and Kelly Skuyler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
