She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Tomasik and Josephine Tomasik. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Mead (Lipski); her son-in-law Scott Mead; her grandchildren, Karley Mead (Daniel Klodzinski) and Kenzie Wilfong (Casey Wilfong); her sister Judy Dochod; her nephew Brian Dochod (Julie Dochod); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Sam, Skyler and Brady Dochod. She is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Char's memory to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
