She is survived by: her children, Dr. James V. Buzzitta, Joseph Buzzitta (Susan) and Diane Buzzitta; her grandchildren, Dr. Kristin Jacob (Michael), Jack Buzzitta, Sara Buzzitta-Johnson (David), Catherine Kaiser (Greg), Michael Buzzitta, Mary Szymanski (Joel) and Matthew Buzzitta (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Anna, Eve Kaiser, Jacob, Emma, Jonah Szymanski, Penelope Buzzitta, Vincent, Grace and Louis Jacob.
