She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Mac Ward; and her brother Jim Hotchkiss. She is survived by: her children, Charles Micheal "Mike" Ward and Robin Gentile (Darwin); her grandchildren, Charlie Ward, Alicia Gentile and Nikki Gentile; her sister Pam Alles (Dick); her sister-in-law Jane Hotchkiss Fowler (Nick Fowler); and her friend Flor Quijada. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (3334 Breton Rd SE, Kentwood, MI 49512).
