He is survived by: his children, Lisa Bartlett (Dan) and John Hoff (Lindel) of Grand Rapids; his grandchildren, Lindsay Pantelis (Patrick) of Chicago, IL, Ross Bartlett (Erin) of Grand Rapids, Jared Hoff of Steamboat Springs, CO, Emma Hoff of Chicago, IL and Lydia Hoff of Denver, CO; his great grandchildren, Wynsten Bartlett, Chandler Bartlett of Grand Rapids and Rowan Pantelis of Chicago, IL; and his sister Dolores Morton of Greensboro, NC..
