He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Clemens; his parents, Bernard Clemens and Alvina Clemens Sr.; and his siblings, Joan Clemens and David Clemens.
He is survived by: his children, Jim Clemens (Sean Meredith), Kim Tate (Terry) and Christine Deverman; his grandchildren, Jessica Tate, Kevin Deverman Jr. (Chase Thomas), Tyler Deverman, Devon Tate, Jason Tate and Zachary Tate; his great grandchild Dagny; his brothers, Richard Clemens, Brian Marek and Tom Clemens (Sally); and his sister-in-law JoAnn Clemens. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
