It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Assunta Schneider (Grand Rapids, Michigan), who passed away on November 16, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Natalino DeCastris and Italia Celani; and her husband Werner Schneider. She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Kelli) and Mark (Karen); her grandchildren, Margaret, Abigail, Erin (Joey) and Caroline; her brothers, Luigi (Franca), Domenic (Nella) and Mario (Janie); her daughter Katie Simpson-Lane; and her close friends, John and Marjie Weiss. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
