With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anne Ambrose of Grand Rapids, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anne left this world on February 16, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Gorman and Mary Anne Gorman; her in-laws, Bruce and Betty Ambrose; and her brother-in-law Edwin Ambrose.
She is survived by: her brother Thomas Gorman (Linda) of Onondaga, MI; her children-in-law, Todd Ernst (Becky) of Forest Hills, MI and Sarah Ambrose (Brian) of Grand Haven; and her in-laws, Cathy Ambrose of Brookline, MA, Kitty Miller (Steve) of Westminster, CO, Marty Ambrose (Cindy) of Dayton, OH and Carolyn Ambrose of Haslett, MI. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Stroo Funeral Home (1095 68th St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to local animal shelters and rescues.
