He was loved and cherished by many people including: his former wife Joyce; his wife Betty; his children, Brenda Averill, Rick Averill, David Bultman, Marybeth Bultman, Ruth Winkel, Jack Winkel, Paul Bultman and Rhonda Bultman; and his stepchildren, Marvin, Nancy Teitsma, Lavonne, Dennis VanderWeide, Barbara, Wes Drudge, Dirk, Chrissie Teitsma, Daniel and Valerie Teitsma. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
