It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Marie Smith of Grand Marais, Michigan, born in McMillan, Michigan, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Hoody and Gertrude Hoody (Haney); her brother Frederick; her sister-in-law Helen Hoody; and her daughter-in-law Carol Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Leon Smith (Tammy) of Anchorage, AK, Frederick Smith (Kathy Butler) of Norway, MI, Clifford Smith (Peggy) of Peshtigo, WI, Loretta Conklin of Marinette, WI, Donald Smith (Cindy) of Menominee, MI and Kay Monroe (Brian) of Menominee, MI. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
