He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent and Martha Wiltshire Sr.; and his siblings, Sheral Wiltshire, Sandra Brown, Barbara VanHorn, Jacqueline Wiltshire, Cindy Wiltshire, Deborah Baker and Becky Irvin.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Deborah Sible and James Wiltshire (Leila); and his siblings, Tammy Velez and Lawrence Bailey (Glenda). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
