She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Churchill, Aaron Churchill, Erik Siegrist (Sara), Rhandi Nelson (Eric) and Kristin Gonzales-Vega (Marco); her grandchildren, Abigail, Lucas, Mara, Desmond, Charlotte, Zoey and Weston; her husband Steven Siegrist; her siblings, Michelle Cunningham, Marty and Curt Cunningham; and her caregivers, Steve, Gloria, Emmy, Bobbie, Sarah, Aid Carrie, Chaplin Than, Frank, Timothy Izzo, Cara Leahy, Rick O'Connell and Ron Nichols.
