With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Elizabeth Anderson Barclay of Grand Ledge, Michigan, born in Dayton, Washington, who passed away on August 3, 2020 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin L. Barclay; her great grandchild Achsah Barclay; and her brothers, Verl and Robert Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Julie Sciambi (Tony) of Columbus and Lew Barclay (Jenny Bleasdale) of Grand Ledge; her grandchildren, Veronica Knuth (Jim), Rachel DiPiero (Jeff) and Axie Barclay (Rick Elder); her great grandchildren, Aidan, Kennedy Knuth, Aaron and Julianne Barclay; and her sister Thelma Parks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ever Ready Club or Elara Caring Hospice in memory of Verna Barclay.
