It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Eugene VanDerSteen of Grand Ledge, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul VanDerSteen and Henrietta VanDerSteen (VanDenHauvel); his wife Mickey; his stepson Jeffrey Malmquist; his brothers, Norbert and Ray VanDerSteen; and his stepdaughter-in-law Joellyn Malmquist.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn, Craig (Diane) and Monica Trieweiler (Gary); his stepchildren, Cynthia Courtright (Thomas), Timothy Malmquist (Joellyn) and Michael Malmquist (Jennifer); his stepdaughter-in-law Shelly Malmquist; and his sisters, Eileen Dick and Lorraine Rogers. He is also survived by 14 Grand Children; 15 Great Grandchildren.
