He was predeceased by: his parents, D. W. Clay and Marguerite J. Clay (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Janet (Sedore); his daughters, Kim DeLashmit (Scott) and Cindy May (Les); and his siblings, Martha Woodman (Gordon), Don Clay (Rita), Doug Clay, Dan Clay (Dana), Mary Deuel, Rob Clay, Theresa Monaco (Paul), Laura Clay and Becky (Tom).
