He was predeceased by: his sister Heather Belen. He is survived by: his parents, Thane Belen and Patricia Belen (Mikulka); his sisters, Kathleen Krancich (Jack) and Sarah Fuller (DJ); his friend Winnie; his nieces and nephews, Jack III, Joseph, Emma Krancich, Vincent, Sophi and Isabelle Fuller; and his former wife Rachael Belen. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
