He was predeceased by: his granddaughter MacKenzie Rose Endres; his sister JoAnne Stoker; and his parents-in-law, Cathy Endres and Jerry Hamelink. He is survived by: his wife Carol (Cody); his children, Deborah McShea (Michael), James Endres and Michelle Endres; his grandchildren, Taylor Folmar (Gaston), Madison, Riley McShea, Joshua Endres, Cody Roach (Patti), JD Ross and Mary Sue Ross; his great grandchild Olive; and his siblings, Monte (Linda), Donny, Dennis Endres and Mary Hamelink.
