It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Smith of Grand Ledge, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Storz and Melva Storz (Dean); her husband Vernor Smith; her son James Smith; and her siblings, Harold Dean Storz and Nancy Storz.
She is survived by: her daughter Penny Saites (Nick) of Grand Ledge; and her grandchildren, Sarah Saites of Chicago, IL and Eric Saites of Lansing.
