She was predeceased by: her mother Sue Leitch. She is survived by: her father Roger Leitch; her significant other Steve Medlock; her brothers, Jason Leitch (Nicole) and Matt Leitch (Nicole); and her nieces and nephews, Chloe, Carsyn, Cylee, Nathan, Annabelle and Vivienne.
In lieu of, flowers the family requests donations be made to her partner, Steve Medlock, (in care of the Grand Ledge Church of the Nazarene) to assist with final arrangements.
