She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Galvin and Anna Pauline Galvin; her husband Louie Fortino; her son-in-law Tim Michael; her grandson Louie Michael Fortino; and her siblings, Edward, Carl, Arlene, Robert, Marge, Marilyn and Gertrude.
She is survived by: her children, Lou Ann Michael, Linda Fortino (Laurie Thornton), Cynthia Brogan (Tim), Deborah Fortino, Frank, Joseph (Cyndi), Mark and Daniel Fortino; her grandchildren, Stefeni Strouse (Tony), Kristy Simpson (Jeremy), Joseph Michael (Monica), Patrick Brogan (Jessica), Ryan, Brendan Brogan, Kayla Fortino and Ashley Sobek; and her great grandchildren, Keegan Rankin, Jaden, Mia Michael, Stella Simpson, Braxton, Easton Brogan, Samantha Foy (Nick) and Matthew Myers.
